Blisters

I've got blisters!
blisters that hurt even when I'm not moving or touching it!
gggrrr...

and this is all thanks to that new pair of shoes that I bought from Charles n Keith
oh well...
2 blisters on each heel...imagine the pain!
sigh...any recommendations on how to treat them?
