The Almost Perfect Glass of Iced Coffee

I always enjoy a nice coffee, balanced with just the right about of milk and sugar. No, I don’t like my milk steamed.

In the mornings, it’ll be a double shot coffee with milk, with just the right amount of crème to savour the taste.

In the afternoons, a glass of iced coffee, with milk and sugar syrup. The crux of this glass of iced coffee, will be the nice layer of froth that comes from shaking the mixture in the cocktail shaker. After a couple of years of doing this, I’ve finally almost-perfected my glass of iced coffee, and even my manager complimented me! YAY!!
