Steamboat at the Neo's Residence

About a month ago, Ben came back to Singapore, for another course that his company sent him to. And we organized a gathering with the Neos (Evelyn & Ah Long) on one of the weekend nights.

Steamboat dinner, in the air-conditioned comfort of the Neos’ dining room was perfect! The soup base was lovingly boiled with lots of good stuffs, and the ingredients for the steamboat were thoughtfully prepared by Evelyn.

While half our attention was on the delicious dinner spread, the other half was focused on the youngest member of the Neo family – Amos. The cute, chubby little fella was asleep when we arrived at 8ish, and was full of bubbly energy when he awoke by 9pm.

To sum up the evening, we had fun entertaining our little Amos. Our time together was wonderful, spent simply catching up on the happenings, laughing at the littlest of incidents, taking lots of photos.

Wonderful spread of food. Looking at it now makes me hungry all over again.
