Post-Festive Season
One would think that things have quieten down a lot at the restaurant, now that the New Year and Christmas season are over. If you’re one of them, you’re wrong.
After the buzz, comes people who are considering getting married, and a new change in menu, and many other administrative matters.
No doubt it’s not as fast paced as the last 2 months, but it’s a lot of work, which often sees me through till 8.30pm at work.
Work aside, the post-festive season also sees me getting fatter.
I’ve just managed to hit a few shuttles in the last 2 weeks, and I sure hope to do so a bit more…but but but, at the moment, sleep is more appealing.
